Your data belongs to you. We collect only what is necessary to run the platform, we do not sell it, and you can request deletion at any time.
1. Who We Are
Project Roger is operated by Hesson Innovations LLC, based in Parkersburg, West Virginia. We build inspection management software for commercial trucking, crane and heavy machinery operations, and dielectric testing companies. Questions about this policy: hello@hessoninnovations.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account or using the platform — including your name, email address, job title, and certifications. We collect organization information such as company name, industry vertical, and team member data. We collect inspection data including records, photos, signatures, and report content that you create within the platform. We collect usage data such as login activity, feature usage, and error logs to improve the platform.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Project Roger platform, to send you account notifications and platform updates, to generate the reports and documents you request, to monitor platform performance and fix bugs, and to communicate with you about billing, support, and product updates. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Supabase-hosted infrastructure with row-level security policies. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. We implement authentication controls, audit logging, and access restrictions to protect your organization's data. No system is 100% secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
5. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal or organizational data with third parties except: (a) with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, error monitoring) under appropriate data processing agreements; (b) if required by law, legal process, or government request; (c) to protect the safety, rights, or property of Hesson Innovations, our users, or the public.
6. Inspection Reports and Client Data
When you generate inspection reports or share portal access with your clients, those clients may view information you choose to share with them. You are responsible for ensuring that any client data you enter into Project Roger is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may request an export of your organization's data by contacting us at hello@hessoninnovations.com. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days unless we are required by law to retain it.
8. Cookies
We use session cookies necessary for platform authentication and security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We may use analytics tools to understand how the platform is used in aggregate, without identifying individual users.
9. Children
Project Roger is intended for professional business use and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
