By accessing and using Inspector, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to use Inspector for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions set forth in these terms. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, or attempt to derive the source code.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice to users.
6. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Disclaimer
The materials on Inspector are provided on an 'as is' basis. Inspector makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Inspector or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if Inspector has been notified of the possibility of such damages.
